Technical Advisory Services for 5th Privatization Round of Brazilian Airports (Brazil)

The overall framework for the project was the creation of the airport development plan for three groups of airports including up to 12 different airports.
The expansion program was developed with special focus on compliance with the regulation and expansion towards achieving the airfield capacity required in the period of the concession.

Leadin Aviation took the role of Consortium s Leader, acting as main point of interaction with Fraport and guaranteeing the correct delivery of the contractual obligations.
The main tasks that the team accomplished along the project were:

– Airside design review
– Landside and terminal design review
