Advisory Services for the Review of Lisbon Airports Development (Portugal)
Leadin Aviation as part of a Consortium, supported the Portuguese Government in the negotiation process with a private investor to develop the new Lisbon airport system concept for the short, medium and long term.
Leadin held the Consortium Leader’s position and was in charge of the evaluation of the traffic forecast, strategic assumptions, capacity planning evaluation, general master planning considerations and the OPEX and revenues inputs of the financial model’s review.
The consortium supported the government in various technical discussions with the private investor and presentations of the conclusions to Governmental Committees.
