Leadin Aviation prepared Design Day Flight Schedules (DDFS) for CEB Airport using traffic forecast inputs provided by IATA. The assignment involved developing three DDFS based on annual, daily, and hourly forecast values for three client-defined design scenarios: 2039 domestic passengers, 2039 international passengers, and 2043 combined domestic and international air traffic movements. The schedules were analyzed using a rolling hour methodology for passengers, ATMs, and cargo to assess demand distribution across a full operational day.
The project also included converting secondary forecast inputs, originally based on static hourly values, into complete daily traffic profiles using DDFS methodologies. By structuring forecast demand into clear design-day scenarios, Leadin Aviation supported consistent planning insights for the future development of CEB Airport.
