Leadin responded to Nur Sultan Nazarbayev international airport,Kazajstan request for the airports Master Plan bid issued by IATA with the aim of advising services and proposal for the future development of its infrastructure, based on the growing demand trends in the city up to the2052 horizon.

Analyzing the following: Current Situation, Air Traffic Demand Forecast, Capacity Analysis, Airport Development Option, Phased Airport Development & Land Use Concept and Capital & Replacement Expenditures, to develop an understanding of the challenges that the airport faces and formulate plans on how to meet demand with a rational and well-considered infrastructure program.

Leadin prepared the Master Plan document for the development of Kazakhstan's capital airport, setting out a sustainable phase development that coordinates the different stakeholders in the upcoming years.
