Leadin Aviation collaborated with IATA on the preparation of Design Day Flight Schedules (DDFS) for the Solidarity Transport Hub, supporting the development of connecting traffic at the new airport planned to open in 2028. The work was based on connecting traffic forecasts prepared by LOT Polish Airlines and incorporated into the airport’s demand projections.

The assignment included the development of primary and secondary traffic forecasts for three scenarios (Base, High, and Low), as well as the preparation of thirteen Design Day Flight Schedules for selected milestone years across these scenarios. Through the application of forecasting tools and scenario-based design-day profiles, Leadin Aviation contributed to the early planning foundations of Poland’s future aviation hub.
