Leadin responded to IATAS's request for the Design Day of Flight Schedules (DDFS) for the Solidarity Transport Hub, Poland bid issued by the national Polish carrier (LOT Polish Airlines) with the aim of developing connecting traffic at the new airport, upon opening in 2028. IATA was therefore requested to incorporate the forecast prepared by LOT Polish Airlines for the connecting traffic segment into the airport projection.

The project includes the preparation of primary and secondary forecasts for 3 scenarios (Base, High and Low), as well as the preparation of a total of 13 (thirteen) Design Day Flight Schedules (DDFS) at defined different milestone years for each of the 3 scenarios.To date, the base case primary forecasts are being validated by the client and the IATA team is now working towards the finalization of the base case secondary forecasts.

Leadin and IATA collaborated, with the aid of the latest forecasting tools, to prepare future traffic predictions for the Solidarity Transport Hub, Poland.
