Leadin responded to Ferrovial Aeropuerto's request for the Technical Advisory Services for the 7th round of airport privatization in Brazil, in association with Steer Davies & Gleave Limited, with the aim of developing a technical evaluation of all airports included in SP and RJ clusters.

The evaluation work started with the two main airports of these clusters: Santos Dumont Airport, located in Rio de Janeiro, and Congonhas Airport, in São Paulo. After this first phase, there would be two additional phases: one in which the other airports, of smaller size, included in the two clusters, would be analyzed under the same optics of the analysis carried out for Santos Dumont and Congonhas; and the last one where the alternatives selected for each airport would be detailed.

Due to a strategic decision by the Final client, phases 2 and 3 were not fully executed. Leadin has prepared a consistent and robust analysis that provides a complete overview of CGH and SDU airports, from understanding existing infrastructure to developing future options for both airports.
