Leadin Aviation was commissioned by IATA Consulting to prepare the Airport Master Plan for Kutaisi International Airport as part of a bid process initiated by the airport authority. Leadin managed the full Master Plan development, from defining the future demand forecast to presenting the final Master Plan to authorities and stakeholders. Future infrastructure needs were calculated based on the forecast demand, and several development alternatives were proposed to enable the airport to select the option that best aligned with its strategic vision for both the airport and the city. The chosen alternative became the basis of the Master Plan, and an investment plan (CAPEX) was developed accordingly. Leadin delivered a comprehensive, high-level Master Plan that was well received by local authorities and stakeholders.
