Leadin responded to IATA Consulting's request for the Airport Master Plan for Kutaisi International Airport bid issued by Kutaisi International Airport with the aim of developing the Airport Master Plan.

Leadin was responsible for the main tasks involved in the development of a Master Plan, from defining the future demand forecast to presenting the final Master Plan to authorities and stakeholders.

Future infrastructure requirements were calculated based on the projected demand, and development alternatives were proposed to allow the airport to select the option that best aligned with its strategic vision for both the airport and the city. This selected option then became the foundation for the Master Plan. In addition, an investment plan (CAPEX) was developed in line with the strategies defined in the Master Plan.

Leadin delivered a comprehensive, high-level Master Plan to Kutaisi Airport, which was very well received by local authorities and involved stakeholders.
