Leadin responded to VINCI's request for Technical advisory services for Natal Airport re-privatization process, with the aim provide a comprehensive evaluation of the airport infrastructure, supporting Vinci in this bid process.

 

The expansion program was developed with a focus on regulatory compliance and expansion towards achieving the required airfield capacity within the concession period. Leadin was involved in developing the information necessary for the preparation of the technical information required for the business development plan.

 

Leadin's proposal was respectful of the existing infrastructure by making minor interventions to optimise operational performance and reduce costs.
