This proposal was submitted in response to VINCI Airports’ Request for Proposals (RfP) for technical advisory services related to the re-bid process of São Gonçalo do Amarante Airport (Natal Airport) in Brazil. The scope included data review, site visits, capacity and development assessments, master planning, and maintenance planning.

The expansion program was developed with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and achieving the required airfield capacity within the concession period. Technical inputs were prepared to support the business development plan, including information on infrastructure performance, capacity evolution, and development phasing. The proposed approach was deliberately aligned with the existing infrastructure, prioritizing targeted and limited interventions to optimize operational performance and reduce costs.

A Master Plan document was prepared in line with future airport infrastructure requirements and fully aligned with VINCI Airports’ business strategy. This technical advisory support provided a solid, risk-aware foundation for the re-privatization process, ensuring that future infrastructure investments at Natal Airport are technically sound and aligned with the concession’s operational and financial objectives.
