Leadin responded to AENA’s request for Technical Advisory Services for the development of the Congonhas Airport Development Plan, subcontracted by the Typsa Group.

The study encompassed everything from the development of the Traffic Forecast for the entire concession period to CAPEX and REPEX estimations, including capacity calculations, infrastructure requirements, Master Plan development, and the functional design of the passenger terminal.

All infrastructure elements were carefully analyzed to ensure compliance with the client´s expectations and the concession agreement requirements set by the authority, while the airport — one of the most complex in the world — remains in full operation.

Leadin developed the Master Plan and Terminal Area Concept Design that was used as the reference design for the EPC contractor. The terminal is currently under construction.
