Leadin Aviation supported Fraport Greece in the preparation of the Traffic Forecast and Design Day Flight Schedule (DDFS) for Zakinthos Airport. The assignment provided a robust analytical basis to assess future demand and support the development of all aviation traffic segments.

The work included a detailed review of historical traffic trends and market conditions, followed by the development of annual traffic forecasts up to 2057 using a combination of bottom-up and top-down methodologies. These approaches integrated socioeconomic regression analysis and the evaluation of non-organic growth drivers.

In addition, a detailed DDFS assessment was carried out, covering peak day and peak hour analysis, future design day definition, and aircraft stand demand evaluation. Ramp charts were developed for different planning horizons to assess apron capacity and operational performance.
