Leadin responded to SEDENA's request, in association with IATA, for the Master Plan, CAPEX, and investment plan review for the New Tulum Airport, with the aim of studying the feasibility of its construction and supporting SEDENA's team on design elaboration.

 

The Mexican Government through the National Defense Secretary (SEDENA) is promoting the project to serve the touristic area of Tulum and surroundings. Monitoring the project from its initial conception to its subsequent development in the different airport subsystems (airside/ landside/ terminal / other facilities) Leadin has been in charge of the revision of the Master plan and functional design carried out by the final client's team.

 

Leadin has prepared a Traffic forecast and reviewed the Master Plan and functional design for the whole infrastructure of the new Tulum Airport, supporting SEDENA in the development of this new asset for Mexico.
