master plan review

project data:

Leadin in collaboration with IATA, leaded the initial planning studies for the new airport promoted by the Mexican Government through SEDENA, intended to serve Tulum and its surrounding touristic area. Support was provided to SEDENA for the feasibility study related to the airport’s construction, and a review of the Master Plan was conducted. The project was monitored from its initial conception through subsequent development phases across various airport subsystems, including airside, landside, terminal, and other facilities. Coordination and review of designs prepared by the project teams were also undertaken.

By guiding early-stage planning and investment validation, Leadin Aviation established a structured framework to support the efficient and coordinated development of the New Tulum Airport.
