FlyBIS, Leadin, Magnani and Fazan Infraestrutura Launch Air Mobility Alliance to Develop Advanced Air Mobility Solutions

Companies join forces to develop infrastructure, energy solutions and operations that will drive Advanced Air Mobility across Southern Brazil.
FlyBIS Air Mobility, Leadin Aviation Consulting, Magnani and Fazan Infraestrutura Aeronáutica have announced the creation of a strategic collaboration to develop integrated Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) solutions in Brazil.
The initiative brings together complementary expertise to support the implementation of electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft operations, vertiport infrastructure and associated energy systems. The collaboration aims to develop demand studies, operational and economic feasibility assessments, strategic and business planning, aeronautical infrastructure, energy solutions and certification processes required to enable the future deployment of vertiport networks and Advanced Air Mobility operations.
Collaboration Structure
FlyBIS will lead the initiative, being responsible for alliance governance, operational model development, air operator structuring, coordination with the eVTOL aircraft manufacturer and the development of dedicated software solutions.
Leadin will be responsible for the strategic business framework, vertiport network planning, demand analysis, infrastructure modeling, institutional relations and strategic engagement with authorities and industry stakeholders.
Magnani will lead the project's energy-related activities, including electrical feasibility studies, energy architecture, charging systems, energy storage solutions, utility integration and the development of techno-economic models.
Fazan Infraestrutura will oversee executive vertiport design, operational safety assessments, licensing activities, construction supervision and support for certification processes with the relevant regulatory authorities.

According to the participating companies, the Air Mobility Alliance was created to accelerate the implementation of Advanced Air Mobility in Brazil through the integration of air operations, infrastructure, energy and technology.
