Leadin responded to Fraport's request for the Fortaleza and Porto Alegre Airports’ Transition Phase. Fraport AG hired the Services of Leadin for the airports of Porto Alegre and Fortaleza. Fraport AG, initiated a transition period from the award, through the operational handover until the permanent teams of the new Fraport Brasil subsidiaries were set-up and fully operational. Leadin took the role of Project Director as part of the Fraport AG team to lead all the technical workstream's activities within the transition period.

Leadin had to define the technical tasks and manage their execution, on behalf of Fraport AG and engaging multiple stakeholders including local contractors, consultants, environmental entities, designers, etc. Leadin team successfully managed the technical workstream during the two airport's handover period.
