Fraport AG engaged Leadin Aviation to support the transition phase of the airport concessions for Fortaleza and Porto Alegre Airports. This critical period covered the timeline from concession award through operational handover, until the permanent teams of the newly established Fraport Brasil subsidiaries were fully set up and operational.

Within this framework, Leadin assumed the role of Project Director for the technical workstreams as part of the Fraport AG team. All technical activities during the transition phase were coordinated and led, ensuring continuity between the outgoing and incoming operational models. Technical tasks were defined and managed on behalf of Fraport AG, with active engagement of multiple stakeholders, including local contractors, consultants, environmental authorities, designers, and regulatory bodies.

The technical workstream was successfully managed throughout the handover period of both airports, supporting a structured and controlled transition. By ensuring technical continuity, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined governance during the transition phase, the project enabled a smooth handover of Fortaleza and Porto Alegre Airports—laying a solid foundation for stable operations and long-term value creation under the new concession model.
