Fraport AG hired a Technical Advisor (TA) for the preparation of the fifth privatization round of airport in Brazil auction process. The TA was formed by a Consortium of three companies. The overall framework for the project was the creation of the airport development plan for three groups of airports including up to 13 different airports. The expansion program was developed with special focus on compliance with the regulation and expansion towards achieving the airfield capacity required in the period of the concession.

Leadin participated in developing the necessary information for the preparation of the technical information required for the business model.

Leadin Aviation took the role of Consortium’s Leader, acting as main point of interaction with Fraport and guaranteeing the correct delivery of the contractual obligations.
